Terms of Use

1. Current service status and acceptance

The website currently accepts application drafts and supporting documents. Live payments and government filings are not enabled. Saving a draft, selecting a name or uploading documents does not reserve a company name, form a company, authorise a filing or create a paid engagement.

By accepting these terms when saving an application, you agree to the website-use provisions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The paid-service provisions below apply only if a paid engagement is subsequently confirmed in writing with its final scope and charges.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. When acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to provide their information and instruct the requested work. Keep your account secure, supply accurate contact details and report suspected unauthorised use through our Contact page.

3. Services and professional advice

Our proposed services include administrative assistance with US LLC or C-Corporation formation, EIN applications, registered-agent coordination and related documentation. Only services expressly included in your confirmed order are covered; tax returns, legal opinions, banking, immigration, licences and ongoing compliance are excluded unless separately agreed.

Website content is informational, not legal, tax or investment advice. Reliant Technologies is not presented here as a US law firm, CPA firm, government body or representative of Razorpay. Obtain qualified advice for your ownership structure, taxes, Indian overseas-investment obligations and operating locations.

4. Information, documents and client responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate, current and lawfully supplied information. Do not submit forged documents, another person’s records without authority or unnecessary sensitive information. Aadhaar, PAN and photo attachments are optional at the draft stage; upload only relevant documents and prefer a masked Aadhaar copy.

We may request corrections or clarification before accepting work. A preferred name is subject to state availability and approval. Filing, EIN, bank account, visa or tax outcomes are not guaranteed. Uploading a document does not mean that identity has been verified.

5. Prices, payments and renewals

Current displayed prices, state fees, tax estimates and USD conversions are illustrative. Before any paid engagement, the confirmed order must identify Reliant Technologies as the service provider, the INR payable amount, service inclusions, government/third-party charges, applicable taxes and any renewal costs. An invoice must carry the applicable legal and tax details.

USD figures are indicative only. Any future Razorpay payment must use the enabled checkout; payment processing does not make Razorpay responsible for our formation services. We do not request card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or payment OTPs through support forms. No automatic subscription or recurring debit is currently enabled.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Read our Shipping & Service Delivery and Cancellation & Refund policies together with the written order confirmation. Internal review targets exclude state, IRS, banking and other third-party processing. A material scope or price change requires your agreement before additional work is charged.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, harmful uploads, unauthorised access or interference with other users. You retain rights in the information you submit and authorise its use only for operating your account and carrying out your authorised request as described in the Privacy Policy. Site branding and original content may not be republished commercially without permission.

8. Suspension, responsibility and consumer rights

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse or security risks, and explain the reason where lawful and appropriate. Any unused service charges are handled under the refund policy.

We will use reasonable care in providing services we accept. We are not responsible for decisions made independently by government agencies, banks or advisers, but this does not excuse our own failure to perform agreed work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

9. Disputes and changes

Contact Reliant Technologies first using the published support channels or account-linked contact form, and follow the Grievance Redressal page if unresolved. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without restricting statutory rights or access to courts and consumer forums having jurisdiction.

We may update these terms with a revised date. Material changes to an accepted paid order require appropriate notice and agreement where required; changes are not applied retrospectively to remove an accrued refund right.
