USLaunchDesk, operated by Reliant Technologies, offers administrative and digital-document services. We do not currently sell or ship physical goods.
1. Delivery method
Documents supplied by our team are made available in the signed-in customer dashboard for authenticated download. An application draft is saved to the dashboard when submission succeeds. It is not a company registration certificate.
Email and SMS delivery notifications are not enabled in the current version; check the dashboard for available documents and support status. Courier delivery, physical certificates and printed materials are excluded unless separately quoted and agreed.
2. When work begins
Paid service work begins only after a written order is accepted, required payment is confirmed and complete, accurate information and authority to proceed have been received. Current draft submissions do not trigger government filing.
Illustrative internal review targets are 3 business days for Basic, 2 for Standard and 1 for Premium after complete intake. These targets are not end-to-end incorporation or EIN delivery promises and must be confirmed in the accepted order.
3. Government and third-party processing
State formation, EIN issuance, registered-agent activation and any adviser work have separate processing times. The applicable estimate, dependencies and any expedited charges must be communicated before paid work is accepted. We do not promise a universal formation or EIN date.
Missing documents, required corrections, name availability, authority queries, public holidays or external outages can delay processing. We will explain material delays and provide a revised estimate when available.
4. Delivery problems
If a document is missing, inaccessible, incorrect or associated with the wrong application, contact us with your order ID and a description of the problem. Do not re-upload unrelated identity records. We will review and arrange appropriate correction or delivery; cancellation/refund requests are handled under the separate policy.
No physical shipping fee is charged in the current flow. Third-party postage, notarisation, apostille or courier work, if later requested, requires a separate disclosed quote and delivery estimate.
