Grievance Redressal
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Questions, complaints, cancellation requests and privacy concerns relating to USLaunchDesk should be addressed to Reliant Technologies, the operator and service provider.
1. Submit your concern
Use the Contact page to create an account-linked ticket, or use the published official email/telephone when available. Include your application/order ID, the relevant date, a concise description and the outcome you are requesting. Never include payment PINs, OTPs or full card numbers.
2. Response and escalation
Our complaint-handling target is acknowledgement within 48 hours and resolution within 30 calendar days of receiving the necessary information. These are service targets, not a restriction on any shorter legal deadline or your available remedies. If an investigation takes longer, we will provide a reason and progress update.
If unresolved, ask for escalation to the designated grievance contact. The name and official contact details below must be completed before paid services launch. You retain the right to approach competent consumer forums, regulators, courts or your payment provider as applicable.
3. Payment-provider issues
Razorpay, if subsequently enabled, processes payments; Reliant Technologies remains responsible for its own services and refund decisions. A payment gateway’s approval or receipt is not an endorsement or guarantee of company formation services.
