Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We receive the account identifier, email and available display name supplied by the site’s sign-in provider. We store your editable profile name and any phone/address details you provide, proposed company name, entity/state/package selections, quote snapshot, support requests, acceptance records and any documents you choose to upload.

Optional attachments may contain Aadhaar or PAN details and your photograph. Do not supply identity documents unless relevant to your request. Prefer masked copies and avoid including unrelated personal information. We record file category, size, upload time, ownership and upload consent.

Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and security logs. The current site uses session storage to preserve non-sensitive formation selections across sign-in. Externally hosted Google Fonts may receive ordinary network request information.

2. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save and review applications, associate documents with the correct client, answer support requests, record consent, protect accounts and investigate misuse. We do not use uploaded identity documents for advertising or publish them in public pages.

Where a future paid engagement requires a filing or third-party service, we will explain the required information and recipients before proceeding. Draft uploads do not authorise us to submit a government filing.

3. Who can access it

Your application attachments are available through authenticated routes to you and authorised administrators. Cloud hosting and storage providers process data to operate the service. The current hosting uses Sites infrastructure with Cloudflare database/object storage; authentication is provided by the platform.

Information may be shared with a filing partner, registered agent, qualified adviser or government authority only as necessary for a service you authorise, or where legally required. Service providers may process information outside India, including the US; no India-only storage guarantee is made.

Razorpay is not currently connected for live payments. If enabled later, it will process necessary payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not currently collect or store payment card details.

4. Choices, consent and requests

Attachments are optional when saving a draft. Separate upload consent is required. You can update your name and optional contact/address details under My account → My profile, remove your own attachments from application Details, or request help, correction, deletion, access or withdrawal of consent through the Contact page. We may verify the request to protect another person’s information.

Withdrawing information needed for a service may prevent us from completing that service. We will explain any applicable lawful retention requirement or effect on an existing engagement rather than treat consent withdrawal as a waiver of your rights.

5. Retention and removal

At present, application records remain stored until administratively removed, and uploaded attachments remain until you or an authorised administrator removes them. There is no automatic retention/deletion schedule configured. Removing an attachment deletes its active file and metadata; limited audit records may remain.

Do not assume that removal immediately erases provider security logs or any provider-held backups. We must establish and disclose the production retention schedule before expanding commercial processing. Records required for a legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained for that purpose.

6. Security and cookies

We use authenticated access, application ownership checks and private document storage. Uploads are checked for size and supported file signatures and downloads are served as attachments. These controls are not automated identity verification or malware scanning. No system can guarantee absolute security.

GA4, advertising pixels and marketing analytics are not enabled in this version. Essential authentication/session functions are supplied by the hosting platform. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and applicable consent controls will be updated.

7. Children, changes and contact

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Do not knowingly submit children’s identity documents. If you believe such information was uploaded, contact us to request review and removal.
